Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and made-to-measure garments, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through precise adjustments and refinements where necessary.

Ready-to-Wear Returns
Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn and unaltered
In original condition
Returned with all original packaging
Alterations & Adjustments
Fit Adjustments
If a tailored garment requires refinement, our team will assess and perform necessary adjustments to achieve the intended fit.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability and condition.
For tailored items, exchanges are not possible; instead, adjustments are provided where applicable.
